Providence Health & Services Specialty Office Manager - Cardiology in Portland, Oregon

Providence is calling a Specialty Office Manager to our Cardiology Clinic at the Oregon Clinic Building in Portland, OR.

This position offers a full-time, weekday schedule with full benefits and competitive salary. The team environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and positive!

In this position, you will:

  • Manage the office supervisors over non-clinical functions of the clinic for several locations within Portland and surrounding areas (i.e. reception/registration, phones, appointments, and referrals/prior authorizations or medical records).

  • Manage the business operations and activities of the Clinic.

  • Ensure that all non-clinical services within the clinic are provided in a timely and accurate manner which is sensitive to the patient‘s physical, psychological, and spiritual needs.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's degree and 1 year of experience -or- in lieu of degree at least 5 years experience working as a supervisor in a large clinic setting.

  • Experience developing key relationships within an integrated delivery system such as hospital, health plan, and support departments.

  • Ability to travel and function in multiple locations with a variety of management teams.

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • Advanced computer skills and working knowledge of various software programs, including EMR experience
