Providence is calling a Program Manager, Mental Health & Wellness, CPS to Providence Health & Services in Renton, WA.
We are seeking a Program Manager, Mental Health & Wellness to be responsible for providing advanced program leadership support to the Clinical Performance Groups. This includes leading the clinical performance group-focus groups, triage of project requests received from the field and leadership of major projects within Mental Health & Wellness Initiative. Serves as a member on the CPS Ops. Leadership team.
In this position you will:
Actively participate in the implementation planning for Clinical Program Services team, specifically the launch of summits for performance groups for the specific clinical portfolio assignment.
Provide senior-level management throughout the implementation process ensuring that people, process and technology for CPS implementation meet or exceed system needs and expectations.
Be responsible for delivering business value through effective program management of large and/or complex projects as assigned by the chief Operation Officer, clinical program services and/or Medical Director, Mental Health and Wellness Initiative.
Lead due diligence efforts for CPS projects that come from the field to determine scoping and recommend next steps to CPS leadership.
Effectively carry out integration activities, program or initiative working with members from cross functional team(s) including regional leadership within a matrix management organization.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor’s degree in business with at least 7 years of progressive responsibility in managing programs, and providing support to senior and executive leadership. Preference given to those experienced in Mental Health field.
3-5 years’ experience in a clinical setting, prefer management experience.
Experience in clinical program management with specific experience partnering with clinicians.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Specialized training in facilitation of diverse groups.
Project management, LEAN, CAP and other change management skills.
