Senior Strategy and Planning Analyst - Enterprise Information Services - remote within the Providence footprint of locations (WA, OR, CA, AK, MT, NM, TX)

As our Senior Strategy and Planning Analyst, you will solve bottlenecks, promote growth, and leverage new technologies to streamline and automate processes. You will assess, analyze, develop, deploy, and drive adoption of programs and initiatives that support operational improvements favoring Caregiver Experience, Delivery, Quality, and Cost. Your strong project management skills, analytical capabilities, and ability to lead cross-functional teams will be essential in driving the success of these initiatives.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Conduct research and analysis on market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence to inform the development of the company's strategic plan.

  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies and tactics to achieve business goals.

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.

  • Create and deliver compelling presentations and communications that effectively communicate strategic priorities to internal stakeholders.

  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of strategic initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree - Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field -OR- Additional 4 years experience.

  • 5 years Business or Technical Analysis

Preferred qualification:

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data.

  • Experience in strategic planning, market research, and data analysis.

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools, such as PowerBI, Excel, or R.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to different stakeholders.

  • Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and identify novel solutions to new or existing business problems.

  • Prior experience and or familiarity with ServiceNow.
