Providence Health & Services Business Services Supervisor - Revenue Capture in Everett, Washington
Providence is calling a Business Services Supervisor to Providence Medical Group in Everett, WA.
We are seeking a Business Services Supervisor who will manage the patient support services for Centralized Services Department which includes centralized referrals and centralized medication prior authorizations (CMPA).
In this position you will:
Assist with front end/clinic processes that impact referrals, authorization, billing and reimbursement
Implements and supervise all aspects of centralized services to support the strategic initiatives of Providence Medical Group
Accountable for customer satisfaction and complaint resolution within the area of responsibility
Determine long-range objectives and goals to meet business operations expectations
Formulates and manages budgets and other fiscal opportunities
Sets objectives and goals to prioritize work demands. Demonstrated experience with word processing and spreadsheet software
Required qualifications for this position include:
High School Diploma or GED
Experience working in a healthcare environment
Recent (within 2 years) management or leadership experience
Experience with physician revenue cycle and referrals/authorizations
Medical Terminology, specialty terms and techniques used by units served
General office practices including record keeping, word processing, and data entry
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor degree in administration, management or any related field from an accredited institution or related years of experience
3 years experience in Revenue Cycle
2-3 years managing referrals,and authorizations.
Experience working in physician billing, referrals to revenue cycle.
