Providence Health & Services Clinical Research Coordinator I in Everett, Washington
Providence is calling an Clinical Research Coordinator I (1.0 FTE, Day Shift) in Clinical Research to Providence Regional Medical Center in Everett, WA.
The CRC1 is responsible for coordinating and maintaining diverse activities related to clinical research. This includes, but is not limited to: patient eligibility; registration/enrollment; data compilation, abstraction, and submission; study evaluation; quality control; and patient follow-up.
In this position you will:
Responsible for research data management:
Collection of source documents.
Review and abstraction of data for the completion of case report forms and query resolution.
Tracking/reporting of adverse events, serious adverse events, and protocol deviations.
Development of case reports forms for investigator-initiated trials.
Coordinates collection of biospecimens:
Related to stand-alone research projects and clinical trials.
May include obtaining informed consent from patients.
Attends investigator meetings, conferences, and other meetings/training events as needed (travel may be involved).
Serves as a liaison:
Liaison for physician investigators, scientists, monitors, clinical staff, and other research staff for the day-to-day management of patients on clinical trials.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
Two (2) years Research or data entry/registry experience.
Clinical research experience.
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Experience working with electronic medical records (EMRs), EPIC experience.
