Materials Coordinator - Everett

Work schedule (Monday - Friday), requires flexibility.

Responsible for the coordination, procurement and management of supplies, implants, and consignment for the department. Participates in value analysis and assists Clinical Coordinators in adhering to established contracts for product usage. Manages implant and consignment inventories, tracks usage, monitors expiration, and ensures appropriate par levels are maintained. Validates all vendor invoices for accuracy and confirms correct documentation within EPIC to capture all potential supply and implant charges. Oversees all human, porcine, and bovine tissue tracking protocols, and ensures adherence to Joint Commission and regulatory guidelines. Responsible for obtaining data to facilitate financial analysis of new products, programs and/or services. Focuses on areas of materials management to reduce supply, inventory and distribution costs. Interacts with Central Supply and Procurement teams to analyze par levels, reduce supply cost, and meet contractual requirements as established by PSJH.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 years experience in surgical setting in related position, or

  • 5 years experience in inventory processes in the health care environment including Inventory Management, Finance, Business and/or Computer Information Systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
