Providence Registered Behavior Technician - Providence Autism Program in Everett, Washington
Providence is calling a Registered Behavior Technician (0.8 FTE, Day Shift) to our Providence Autism Program at Providence Regional Medical Center in Everett, WA.
Provides therapy treatments under the guidance of licensed therapists.
In this position you will:
Demonstrate age specific patient care considerations for the population served:
Demonstrates application of knowledge, skills, and behaviors in the physical, motor/sensory, cognitive, psychosocial, patient and family education areas based on PRMCE age specific care competency assessment tool.
Perform assessments of patients' skills, behavior, and communication.
Perform observation of children's behavioral skills; assist in providing training, delivering feedback, and gathering data about patient’s performance.
Under the supervision of BCBA, provide intervention to patients and assists in carrying-out the treatment plan.
Work with the team in measuring, assessing, and evaluating patients’ progress; ensure findings are communicated to stakeholders, as appropriate.
Discharge patients (Discontinuation of Services).
Maintain confidentiality of records or medical center information at all times.
Required qualifications for this position include:
High School Diploma or GED
Washington State Behavior Technician Certification.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Coursework/Training at least 40 hours of RBT training (can be obtained online)
Experience as a Registered Behavior Technician in pediatric rehabilitation.
Registered Behavior Technician through Behavior Analysis Certification Board
Washington State Behavior Technician Certification
