Providence St. Joseph Health is calling a Senior Marketing Manager PSJH to our location in Irvine, CA.
Providence is seeking a results-oriented Senior Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns to achieve organizational business and strategic objectives.
Primary responsibilities include partnering with stakeholders and operations to understand and translate business needs to shape marketing strategy and supporting tactics. Lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams in the development and execution of marketing plans on-time and on-budget. Demonstrates strong organizational skills and discipline to follow established campaign development and planning processes.
The senior manager participates in key strategic meetings and forums to serve as a constant and trusted partner providing sound marketing counsel and strategic input in support of operations and business objectives. As a strategic partner, the senior manager presents regular campaign performance updates to stakeholders.
The senior manager ensures all marketing activities are in alignment with current brand guidelines and will identify, inventory and proactively manage the multiple consumer messaging touch points; as well as work directly with creative services and other vendors to brief in and manage the development of necessary signage and appropriate collateral materials.
The senior manager plays an important coordination role to ensure all marketing activities and messages are aligned in market and that campaign objectives are clearly stated, measured and reported appropriately. Has strong understanding of current marketing practices including digital tactics, marketing analytics and is committed to continuous campaign optimization.
In this position you will:
Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns including researching and developing strategy briefs based on situational analysis and organizational objectives. As part of planning process present recommendations regarding strategic approach, marketing tactics and channels.
Evaluate the impact of marketing activities and tactics in achieving stated objectives, optimize campaigns in market in real time and present results to stakeholders.
Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and planning.
Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders and external agencies and vendors; project manage and coordinate support services as part of campaign planning and execution.
Lead the execution of marketing plans from start to finish, driving collaboration and communication with stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes and resources.
Manage assigned stakeholder relationships and proactively communicate activities as well as campaign progress, insights and results.
Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends; communicate trends and learning to stakeholders and provide strategic recommendations as appropriate.
Required qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, business or related field or equivalent education/experience.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
8 years experience in a marketing leadership role.
Health care marketing or health care leadership.
