Providence Telehealth Licensing and Credentialing Consultant PSJH in Lubbock, Texas
Providence St. Joseph Health is calling a Telehealth Licensing and Credentialing Consultant PSJH to our location in Renton, WA or any location within the Providence footprint (CA, OR, MT, AK, NM, TX).
We are seeking a Telehealth Licensing and Credentialing Consultant PSJH who will be responsible for the timely management of licensing and credentialing requests for all providers using PH&S telehealth capabilities. Success in this role depends upon developing expert level awareness of regulatory, governing and operating criteria related to the delivery of telehealth. The Licensing and Credentialing Consultant will maintain positive relationships with all Telehealth Providers while supporting their licensing, credentialing, and payer enrollment across multiple states and facilities. They will maintain tracking mechanisms to report out on data related to lead and processing times and call out any efforts at risk. They will develop and maintain positive relationships with MSO partners to facilitate credentialing models supported for telehealth practices. They will collaborate with their team to develop best practice and use standard work to support aligned expectations with MSO and physician partners.

In this position you will have the following responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of the credentialing and licensing requirements pertinent to the delivery of Telehealth services.
Work in collaboration with Service Line Leaders, Medical directors, and Provider Network leadership to advise facilities as needed on credentialing and privileging protocol development related to the delivery of Telehealth services to their patients.
Work as a liaison between providers and licensing-credentialing offices, facilitate effective and efficient approval of Telehealth credentialing to ensure provider satisfaction.
Work as a liaison between providers and payer credentialing offices, facilitate effective and efficient approval of telehealth provider enrollment and ensure provider satisfaction.
Develop an effective alert process to inform the provider network leadership and other affected parties when there is a status change for a telehealth provider
Collaborate with other telehealth analysts and IS, organize, prepare, and distribute complex reports utilizing multiple data systems.
Train/support staff in the use telehealth provider reference reports and tools
Monitor credentialing through implementations and report out any risks to implementation timelines.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree in healthcare, finance, social science, computer science, biological science, mathematics, or a related field or equivalent education/experience.
2 years of experience in healthcare with preference for direct licensing and credentialing experience.
