Providence Health & Services Payer Yield Project Coordinator PSJH *Telecommute* in Montana
Providence St. Joseph Health is calling a Payer Yield Project Coordinator PSJH to work remotely within our footprints states: AK, CA, MT, NV, OR, TX and/or WA.
We are seeking a Payer Yield Project Coordinator PSJH who will be responsible for leading and executing assigned time sensitive projects across Payer Yield. This coordinator will report to the Sr. Manager, Payer Yield Continuous Process Improvement to facilitate the development of projects, updates on plans, and reminder of project deadlines. Duties include identification of resource requirements, project plans, project schedules and timelines, and working with other departments necessary to the implementation of assigned projects. The Project Coordinator may also support activities related to process improvements, system update implementations, support and training. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining project documentation, coordinating meetings, producing project reports. The Project Coordinator must be effective in time management while dealing with multiple projects and tasks.
In this role, the Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting in implementation of projects and programs as assigned by Payer Yield leadership in a manner that achieves the strategic goals of Providence Revenue Cycle and Payer Yield.

In this position you will have the following responsibilities:
Documents, presents, and obtains approval of project requirements, goals, objectives, plans, and schedules. Administers, communicates and implements the project plans consistent with organizational expectations, timeframes and budgetary guidelines.
Builds effective partnerships with key business and organizational leaders, users and vendors.
Assists project team members with researching, developing, and obtaining approval for services and resources required in response to project needs.
Facilitates, communicates and collaborates with end-users and vendors to achieve project goals within timeframes and budget.
Develops, maintains and distributes project information and documentation, which may include meeting agendas, minutes, scheduling meetings, status reports, share department documents, SharePoint and others.
Manages own activities and activities of others to accomplish deadlines and schedules.
Ensures closure of unresolved or unclear issues by collaboration and/or escalation with project team members and communicates findings and recommendations to decision-makers through presentations and status meetings.
Plans, coordinates and facilitates for assigned project meetings.

Implements improved work processes to achieve operating and resource efficiencies consistent with Revenue Cycle and Payer Yield Strategic goals.

Required qualifications for this position include:
High School Diploma or GED.
2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
2 years of experience implementing multi-departmental solutions.
2 years experience working in a healthcare insurance companies or revenue cycle.
Demonstrated problem solving skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Possesses flexibility to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Maintains a high degree of professionalism.
Demonstrated project management skills
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's Degree.
