Providence Finance Program Manager *Hybrid* in New Mexico


We are seeking a Finance Program Manager within Real Estate Strategy & Operations (RESO). The position will help modernize, streamline, and reduce variances between diverse regional geographic based teams to help facilitate system led capital initiatives. This position will support the RESO Capital Operations program by partnering with senior leaders and caregivers to identify, implement, and monitor a wide range of initiatives, including:

  • The ability to readily assimilate diverse information and ideas relative to complex, cross-functional major initiatives, and then use that information to facilitate multiple teams in successful implementation of diverse priorities resulting in a high performance, team-based organization.

  • Developing, planning, facilitating, and coordinating standardized processes in coordination with a rapidly modernizing and changing environment.

  • Using process improvement to provide program management and strategic-decision making support.

  • Developing training resources, reporting structures, consolidation of project status information, and various adhoc project management, reporting, and financial analysis.

This position requires an experienced, highly organized, and detail-oriented leader who is:

  • A self-starter who can quickly identify areas of need for process improvement and provide proposals to senior leadership on how to improve situations.

  • An individual who can readily learn and assimilate new technologies and ideas while standardizing across multiple groups.

  • The lead Subject Matter Expert (SME) on several key workflow processes and forms partnerships with other key stakeholders across the organization to ensure overall continued success of the workflows.

  • Can train up other SMEs on the standardized processes while creating a unified vision for a high performance, team-based organization spread across multiple states.

  • Can track multiple initiatives across a variety of databases and software platforms, report out to Senior Leadership on progress, and drive the initiatives to successful completion.

The position will need to be adaptable to change as system initiatives and new technologies are introduced, and the position will play a critical role in helping facilitate system led initiatives successfully through locally lead deployment of capital.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.

  • 5 years experience in a position directly applying lean techniques and quality problem solving techniques.

  • 5 years experience developing and delivering educational materials in a group setting.

  • Experience in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Healthcare administration or Business administration.

  • 2 years experience in a health care environment.

  • 2 years past experience in Lean, Six-Sigma, or Quality Engineering.

  • Understanding of both clinical and non-clinical activities and processes within a healthcare setting.

Oregon (Hood River, Medford, Seaside) : Min: $37.02, Max: $59.75

Eastern Washington (Richland, Spokane, Walla Walla): Min: $35.33, Max: $57.04

Montana: Min: $31.97, Max: $51.60

Texas: Min: $30.29, Max: $48.89
