Providence Health & Services Clinic Manager II - Neurology in Olympia, Washington
Providence is calling a Clinic Manager II (1.0 FTE, Day Shift) to work in Neurology at Providence Medical Group (PMG) in Centralia , WA.
The Clinic Manager II provides ongoing leadership for the development and implementation of management and patient care systems to assure cost-effective and quality operations of the clinic.
In this position you will:
Actively supports and incorporates the mission and core values into daily activities. Treats all others with respect and demonstrates excellence, justice and compassion in daily work and relationships with others.
Maintains confidentiality of all information related to patients, medical staff, employees, and as appropriate, other information.
Demonstrates service excellence and positive interpersonal relations in dealing with others, including patients/families/members, employees, managers, medical staff, volunteers and community members, so that productivity and positive relations are maximized.
Develops individual objectives consistent with the Providence Health System's and PMG SWR Operating Commitment Measures and reports on individual objectives quarterly
Required qualifications for this position include:
Two (2) years experience, or proven equivalent performance in healthcare leadership and managerial skills.
Associate Degree with a concenration in Buisness or equivalent
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Health Care or related
Experience developing key relationships within an integrated delivery system such as hospital, health plan and support departments.
Multi-specialty clinic management.
