Providence Health & Services Clinic Manager II in Olympia, Washington
Providence is calling a Clinic Manager II (1.0 FTE, Days) to work in Cardiology Associates at Providence Medical Group in Olympia , WA.
The Clinic Manager II provides ongoing leadership for the development and implementation of management and patient care systems to assure cost-effective and quality operations of this large, highly productive clinic. Oversight for 16 providers, 61 staff and 21 director reports.
In this position you will:
Ensure strategic integration of care and clinical practices to provide an optimal patient experience.
Lead staff to ensure that patient care services are provided in a timely manner which are sensitive to the patient’s physical, psychological, and spiritual needs.
Ensure compliance with established clinical policies and procedures.
Participate in PMG-wide special projects, committees or task forces as requested.
Required qualifications for this position include:
- Knowledge of health care environment, medical office policies and procedures, general accounting procedures and human resource management practices
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor Degree in Business,Health Care or related field preferred, plus 2 years’ experience preferred of provenequivalent performance in leadership and managerial skills. Previous clinic management experience preferred.
Previousexperience developing key relationships within an integrated delivery systemsuch as hospital, health plan and support departments preferred. Previousmulti-specialty clinic management experience preferred.
