Providence Health & Services RN - Administrative Supervisor in Olympia, Washington
Providence is calling a RN Administrative Supervisor (0.3 FTE, Nights) to Providence St. Peter Hospital in Olympia, WA.
We are seeking a dedicated RN to act as an Administrative Supervisor, assuming operational accountability for a specified shift, with responsibilities that may include human resource management, operational oversight and quality patient care.
In this position you will:
Lead the responsibility for administrative decisions and appropriate notification to the administrator on call
Provide leadership as a resource for the practice of nursing and customer relations
Demonstrate critical thinking and decisive judgment
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Washington State
Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate for Healthcare Providers
Five years of acute professional experience (within the last seven years) with one year being in entry level management or supervision
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
RN experience in acute care setting
Previous nursing leadership (supervisory or managerial) experience
