Providence is calling a Account Manager Delivery Sales and Service - Providence Sales And Service (1.0 FTE, Days) to Providence Oregon Regional Shared Services in Portland, OR
We are seeking a Account Manager Delivery Sales and Service - Providence Sales And Service that will be the main point of contact for Account Executives/Customers to start solving service issues, questions about services, etc.
This position will notify Account Executives of issues that may require a face to face visit by assigning task tickets in our CRM. The position is also responsible for answering Client Service phone calls and performing other Client Service duties as needed.
Managing competing priorities.
Handling the volume of issues and managing each until it is resolved.
Resolving problems quickly and communicating resolution to all parties.
In this position you will have the following responsibilities:
Maintains excellent service within existing accounts by following through on any issues (billing, supplies, reporting) and communicating resolutions with clients by calling TNP's daily.
Identifies potential problems, resolutions and communicates those to the appropriate Operations Manager, Service Line Director and/or Sales Manager by using task ticketing in CRM.
Works the PRM mailbox on a daily basis to keep all client demographics data up to date in STAR and CRM.
Actively participates in new hire training and identifying additional training needs.
Proactively contributes ideas to new/existing projects.
Required qualifications for this position includes:
- Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of experience or 5 years experience in health care customer service
Preferred qualifications for this position includes:
Field service and/or medical field experience
Experience in sales
