Providence Linen Distributor - Providence St. Vincent Medical Center in Portland, Oregon

Description:

Providence is calling Linen Distributors to Providence St. Vincent Medical Center in Portland, Oregon. These are full-time (40 hour work week) positions. We have day and evening shifts available. Shifts are aligned to a rotating schedule and require weekend and holiday availability. These p ositions start at $15.76 per hour and include a full benefits package and free annual tri-met pass.

We are seeking Linen Distributors who will provide a high quality linen distribution system by maintaining a timely delivery and collection schedule for clean and soiled linen.

In this position you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Deliver clean, processed linen to user departments and restocks clean delivery carts

  • Unload clean linen from delivery truck

  • Load soiled linen for processing

  • Collect soiled linen for processing from linen chute areas and/or ancillary departments not served by a linen chute

Qualifications:

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • Laundry experience

  • Driver's license
