Providence Health & Services Senior Client Manager in Portland, Oregon
Providence is calling a Senior Client Manager to Providence Office Park in Portland, OR.
In this position, you will:
Balance client needs and desires with internal capabilities and plan to ensure all parties can be successful.
Provide outstanding service and strong ongoing management to ensure client satisfaction and retention, as well as effectively engages internal Providence leaders and teams in meeting client and Providence requirements.
Have responsibilities that include, but are not limited to, serving as the primary point of contact for the client, the internal expert on clients for Providence leaders, resolving client issues, and ensuring general client satisfaction and service.
Be called on to help develop new business for the ACO as well as other ad-hoc projects required for the overall growth and success of the Oregon ACO, as needed.
Required qualifications for this position include:
5 -7 years of experience in client management, account management, or customer service positions
Experience in health care program or project management with a record of successfully implementing initiatives to achieve outstanding financial and quality results
Success in implementing business plans that gain market share, meet organizational objectives and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Health insurance, health system, or consulting experience
Experience with Medicaid reimbursement for children’s healthcare services
Experience working with and maintaining positive relationships with business clients
Experience with implementing collaborative and innovative models of care to improve population health
