Senior Credit Union Teller/Member Service Rep II at Providence Admin Office in Milwaukie, Oregon

Admin Office is located at 6400 SE Lake Rd., Milwaukie, Oregon

$2,000 hiring/sign-on bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

Member Service Representative II provides a seamless delivery of member service from routine to complex issues by assisting in a branch environment. The role will initiate sales, process routine transactions, open new accounts and take loan applications. The MSR II utilizes their thorough knowledge of credit union products, including consumer loans, lines of credit, and deposit products, to provide excellent member service.

Required qualifications:

  • Continued participation in lending classes and/or workshops to further job knowledge as necessary.

  • 1 year of experience cross-selling and processing loans

  • Must possess one or more of the following:

  • Credit union or financial services experience.

  • 1 year of employment in a customer service position that required cash handling

Preferred qualifications:

  • Upon hire: Registered with NMLS Federal Registry or ability to obtain NMLS within the first 90 days of employment

  • Credit Union experience
