Description

This position will create and successfully execute strategic plans for highly complex issues involving business and information services operations and support. It will also work to standardize complex and disparate processes and methodologies related to application management such as design, deployment, support and life cycle.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Accounting, Commerce.

  • 8 years Information Services leadership experience.

  • 10 or more years Total relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience:

  • Key experience highlights include:

  • Demonstrated ability to create and successfully execute strategic plans for highly complex issues; healthcare information services operations and support; experience standardizing complex and disparate processes; methodologies related to application management such as system deployment, support, and life cycle.

  • Experience in process improvement methodology, change management, operational improvement in complex systems.

  • 10 or more years

  • Application design and/or implementation of large scale Enterprise Resource Planning systems (like Oracle Applications & Infor Lawson).

  • ERP experience must include leading Information Services teams in two or more of the following applications and business processes:

  • ERP Finance Applications (General Ledger, Billing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management and Expense Reimbursement, Inter-company accounting and Revenue Management).

  • Enterprise Financial Performance applications (Financial Consolidation, Planning & Budgeting, Health Care Analytics and Costing).

  • Project Management applications (Project accounting and management, Project costing and billing, Grants & Lease Management).

  • ERP experience must also include business process integration of Finance Applications with Supply Chain Applications (e.g. Contract Management, Sourcing, Purchasing, Supplier/Vendor Management, Pricing, Inventory) at a minimum. Working knowledge of supply chain applications is an added advantage.

  • Experience with large scale business transformation and ERP system implementation projects with scope spanning multiple regions and/or geographies and business process areas is a must.

  • 10 or more years

  • Cumulative large scale Enterprise Resource Planning (EPM – Infor / Lawson, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft or Siebel) applications (can be design, and/or implementation and/or upgrade experience), to include at least a minimum of 3 years on EPM applications.

  • EPM experience must include three or more of the following areas of demonstrated competency/expertise:

  • Hyperion Enterprise Performance Management Suite.

  • ETL design and development (Informatica or ODI).

  • Hyperion Profitability and Cost Management (HPCM) application.

  • Hyperion Planning and Budgeting.

  • Hyperion Financial Management.

  • Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service.

  • Oracle Data Relationship Management (DRM) and Financial Data Management Enterprise Edition (FDMEE) and EPMA.

  • Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE).

  • Strong experience with Essbase (ASO & BSO) cube analysis, design and maintenance.

  • Strong experience with Essbase database administration, upgrades, performance tuning and optimization.

  • Strong experience with Oracle or MS SQL Server databases.

  • Strong experience with star schemas / dimensional modeling.

  • Strong experience with performance optimization.

  • Extensive System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience for business transformation initiativesExtensive experience planning, designing, implementing, deploying and supporting large scale ERP and EPM implementations (Infor / Lawson, Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP).

  • Experience issuing or responding to RFIs and RFPs.

  • Experience with EPM assessments including vendor and software selection experience.

  • Experience in financial performance management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Information Services, Business Administration, Accounting, Commerce, CPA. Or equivalent educ/experience

  • 2 years

  • Experience with not-for-profit healthcare services sector.

  • Experience with large scale business transformation and ERP system implementation projects with scope spanning multiple regions and/or geographies and business process areas.

  • Experience with vendor management including contract negotiation and relationship management.

  • Proven capability to build productive outcomes using networked teams in dynamic organization environments.

  • Experience developing and managing an operations and project budget for an information services organization.

  • Experience standardizing complex and disparate processes.

  • Methodologies related to application management such as system deployment, support, and life cycle.

  • Experience in process improvement methodology, change management, operational improvement in complex systems
