This is an unparalleled opportunity for an Executive Director Workforce Optimization.

The Executive Director Workforce Optimization role will drive operational excellence with the following primary objectives: (1) enhance customer experience; (2) improve business process efficiency; (3) continuous improvement; (4) optimize productivity; and (5) enable business capabilities. The scope of the role includes strategy and delivery inclusive of action planning; project business case development; organizational design; resource planning; process development; metrics design; policies and procedures; and culture, behaviors, and change management.

The incumbent will lead large-scale strategic change across multiple geographies and functions, leveraging leading business and technology practices to deliver more effective and efficient ways of working, unlocking efficiencies within the workforce model to deliver positive outcomes to leaders, caregivers, and the communities we serve.

This position requires collaboration, relationship building and strategic thinking while enabling tactical execution to meet organization objectives. This candidate must be able to work well in an extremely fast-paced, and constantly evolving environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The Executive Director Workforce Optimization will:

  • Lead a team of Principal Consultants to develop and implement the changes related to people, processes, and technology that are needed to successfully deliver services in light of workforce conditions.

  • Ensure cross-functional/business integration of changes.

  • Promote broad, cross-functional understanding of existing business and technology capabilities including potential uses – assisting the organization in leveraging current capabilities.

  • Champion the development and use of decisioning tools, staffing models, and automation options that support workforce optimization.

  • Effectively partner with leaders across a broad set of business capabilities to achieve shared outcomes.

  • Provide strategic thought leadership and drive continuous improvement to advance workforce capabilities.

  • Consult with other operating functions to develop strategies to meet changing business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree.

  • 3 years of leadership experience.

  • Able to build strong working relationships with other leaders across the organization and can navigate proficiently across various organizational levels.

  • Ability to build consensus among diverse groups of stakeholders – highly skilled at facilitating resolution across functions and departments.

  • Experience leading initiatives that enhance organizational outcomes.

  • Ability to apply technology in solving business problems.

  • Ability to set and manage priorities with proven results.

  • Proficiency in building and leading teams.

  • Adept at prioritizing work tasks and work on multiple tasks effectively.

  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills with the ability to relay information with tact, diplomacy, and professionalism.

  • Demonstrated ability to think and plan strategically.

  • Healthcare experience.

  • Ability to think analytically, apply analytical techniques, provide in-depth analysis, and interpret information resulting in recommendations for process improvements.

  • Experience communicating strategies and performance to leaders.
