Providence Administrative Supervisor - RN in Spokane, Washington
Providence is calling two Administrative Supervisors (Nursing Administration, 0.9 FTE/Variable Shift and a 0.9 FTE/Night Shift) to Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane, Washington. We are a community of caregivers delivering every day on our Mission to provide compassionate care that is accessible for all - especially those who are poor and vulnerable.
In this position you will:
Ensure delivery of care/Minimize delays to intervening when there are delays in bed assignment
Manager patient flow/throughput and monitor KPI compliance
Prevent patient diversions
Make staffing decisions that allow for continued admission of patients to the various specialty services, making allowances for unusual needs and maximizing resources while being conscious of budgetary guidelines
Manage hospital operations through crisis or situation management and be a resource to all hospital departments
Facilitate problem solving with public, physicians, leaders and staff
Required qualifications for this position include:
Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington.
Acceptable references from previous employer(s).
Three (3) years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Nursing or related field.
Managerial experience in nursing.
