Providence Health & Services Pharmacy Delivery Driver in Spokane, Washington
Providence is calling a Pharmacy Delivery Driver ( Outpatient Pharmacy , Variable Shift, 1.0 FTE) to Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane, Washington. We are a community of caregivers delivering every day on our Mission to provide compassionate care that is accessible for all - especially those who are poor and vulnerable.
In this position you will:
Deliver medications and supplies to the residences of pharmacy patients
Resupply pharmacy kiosks
Adhere to all applicable driving laws
Monitor vehicle function and maintenance schedule to ensure repair and routine maintenance is completed in a timely manner.
Conduct transactions to collect payment for medications
Communicate in a timely manner any concerns regarding issues with delivery
Provide great Customer Service with all pharmacy customers, promoting communication and using proactive problem solving skills
Required qualifications for this position include:
H.S. Diploma or GED
Valid Washington State Pharmacy Assistant License within 30 days of hire
Exceptional customer service skills
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
5 years driving experience with delivery experience
Experience in sales, food service, or other customer service role
Basic knowledge of vehicle systems
Basic personal computer skills
