The Principal Change and Communication Consultant leads and supports communications& change within large, complex projects, including stakeholder and change impact analysis, change strategy development, creation of plan for deliverables, communications, engagement, etc. They also ensure comms & change strategy and approach align with the enterprise learning organization and change organization strategies and approach. This person will anticipate and resolve stakeholder resistance and other risks, to bring others along to a desired outcome. This person will recommend, plan, and implement communications solutions to drive high-impact projects and programs to meet strategic goals. They will also synthesize and distill complex ideas into distinct messages, tied to the HR and/or organizational strategy. They will stay abreast of communication best practices through internal and external partnerships; recommend and help implement improvement interventions to HR communication methodology and provide expert level strategic consulting capability across initiative life cycle (e.g strategy/challenge, scoping & aligning solutions solution build out and framework)

Responsibilities include:

 Recommend, plan, and implement communications solutions to drive high-impact projects and programs to meet strategic goals.

 Synthesize and distill complex ideas into distinct messages, tied to the HR and/or organizational strategy.

 Recommend, plan, and implement communications solutions to drive high-impact projects and programs to meet strategic goals.

 Stay abreast of communication best practices through internal and external partnerships; recommend and help implement improvement interventions to HR communication methodology.

 Guide projects and programs to speak with one voice and align messaging to the larger strategy.

Required qualifications:

  • 8 years Practitioner with demonstrated ability to add value to strategic objectives of an organization using a variety of talent management and learning & development methodologies.

  • 5 years Demonstrated expertise in a broad range of talent development methods, and in the design, implementation, and execution of development solutions across a variety of functions.

  • 5 years Experience with all aspects of talent including Performance Management, Strategic Workforce development, Talent scorecard/succession, Accelerated Development and Learning.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's DegreeOrganization Development, Industrial Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration.

  • Certification in Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP), Human Capital Strategist (HCS), or other relevant certification program
