Senior Engineering Program Manager - Data Reporting Platform Analyst - Enterprise Information Services - within Providence footprint of locations (WA, OR, CA, AK, TX, MT, or NM)

As a Technical Program Manager in the Admin Technologies team, you will have the unique opportunity to be the data and BI Subject Matter Expert and support critical HR and TA business processes as implemented in our ERP system (on Oracle). Knowledge of Finance Business Process is a Plus. This role provides consultation, insights, analysis, by leveraging solutions and systems data, market and competitive intelligence and benchmarking research to support the application teams working on these business processes. The BI TPM maintains "expert" status on the data and reporting capabilities of the systems, solutions and vendors. This position identifies, designs and conducts quantitative and qualitative analysis of the business processes and changes there of as implemented in the ERP system.

What would your week look like?

  • Serves as an SME (Subject Matter Expertise) for the Engineering teams on the implementation of Business processes in the ERP, by interfacing with the HR/TA, Finance business stakeholders on an operational basis

  • Provides analysis and reporting of ERP data for the purpose of Admin Tech Engineering leaders indicating the key processes, the process implementation in ERP and changes thereof so systems and applications are aligned to those changes

  • Ensures validity of data including identifying and reconciling discrepancies in data from multiple data sources and/or systems and providing requirements to the data management team for conducting periodicdata content audits, to improve data quality.

  • Building deep partnerships across multiple internal business teams, 3rd party platform teams, application teams

  • Maintains process workflows, data models, system decisions, designs and procedures related to ERP systems, solutions and related functions

  • Shares and implements industry best practices for accessing, analyzing and disseminating data

  • Educates Engineering leaders/teams on how to access, utilize and discuss ERP information, including group and one-on-one training

  • Displaying agile mindset and applying that to delivering analysis projects at appropriate milestones

  • Provides reviews, assessments and audits on tools and technologies used to generate or automate reports or streamline processes

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent educ/experience

  • 5 years related experience;

  • Strong program and project experience

Preferred qualifications:

  • Hands on experience with PowerBi and ERP systems/solutions

  • Experience working within an Agile team and knowledge of Agile methodology including tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow and Azure DevOps

  • Enterprise level experience preferred

  • Strong program and project level experience preferably leading implementations with an emphasis on solution delivery through configurations, integrations, and customizations
